By booking an appointment with me it is mutually understood that you have fully read, completely understand and fully comply with the following policies.
NO SHOW POLICY: I will NOT re-book any clients that are a no show to their scheduled appointment. No showing to an appointment is a complete lack of respect for my business and me.
CANCELLATION POLICY: I require 24 hours notice to cancel any existing appointment.
***Frequent rescheduling or cancelling appointments, may require a non-refundable advance payment for service, before a future appointment will be made***
NO CHILDREN POLICY: My studio is a place for you to relax and is not an appropriate place to bring children. My studio is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that are not appropriate for youngsters to be around. Young minds are easily distracted and you nor I can relax if we are accommodating your child. Please make alternate arrangements for your child and do not bring them to your scheduled appointment. Appointments will be re-booked if you bring them, regardless of how well mannered and well behaved you claim they are.
ENTOURAGES POLICY I currently work from a very small space and therefore can only provide services to one client at a time, please don't bring an entourage of friends, family and coworkers with you as there is no place for them to sit and they become great distractions for me as I work. If you show up to your appointment with anyone with you, I will have to re-book your appointment for another day.
HYGIENE By contacting me for a nail service you understand that I will not under any circumstances perform any type of nail service on hands/nails with open wounds or cuts as well as warts or nail disorders that maybe contagious or spreadable ie. greenies, warts, etc. As well, I will not perform nail services on severely damaged nail plates or cuticles. Please refrain from any nail services until these ailments are cleared. I may require a doctors note/clearance before performing nail services. ***I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no shows and failure to comply with the policies I have in place for my business***
I do my very best to be understanding of personal issues or situations that arise. However, my business is my source of income and failure to comply with my policies results in lost income and lost time on my part, which is the reason I have implemented these policies. I do not have these policies in place to be mean, rude or non-understanding of personal issues. Please respect my business and me by obeying the policies I have in place.
